Most clients see their first leads within days of their Google Ads going live, typically between days 4 and 7 from the start of the process. The full system, including CRM, automations, and booking, is usually live within 3 weeks. Results compound over time as we gather data and optimize, so month 2 and 3 are typically stronger than month 1.
Very little. The systems we build are designed to run without constant attention from you. Leads come in, automations respond, and appointments get booked while you focus on delivering your service. You will need to show up for booked appointments and occasionally respond to warm leads who want to talk before booking, but the heavy lifting is handled.
We keep onboarding as simple as possible. You will fill out a short intake form covering your services, service area, target customer, existing logins if applicable, and your availability for appointments. We handle everything else. Most clients complete onboarding materials within 30 to 60 minutes.
