• Lead generation: Building and managing inbound and outbound lead generation infrastructure including landing pages, ad campaigns, and content funnels.
• Automated follow-up: Designing and deploying email, SMS, and CRM-based follow-up sequences to nurture and convert leads.
• Booking and calendar systems: Setting up and integrating automated booking flows to reduce friction and increase call conversions.
• CRM integration and configuration: Connecting and configuring customer relationship management tools to centralize your pipeline data.

The specific scope of services provided to any client is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work agreed upon between BV Consulting and that client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding service agreement without such a document.

To use this Site or engage our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Our services are intended for legitimate business use only. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at our discretion, including where we believe the intended use is unlawful, unethical, or inconsistent with our values.

Our services are built using third-party tools including Make.com, CRM platforms, email service providers, and calendar software. Your use of those tools through our systems is also subject to the respective terms of those providers.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version, you should stop using the Site and discontinue any service engagement.
